Allow the selecting of job titles in My Jobs User experience

Users who have full access to Job Manager can add additional job titles to jobs and tie them to specific locations by following the steps below.

    1. Select the All Apps menu from the top left corner of the page and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
    3. From the Jobs list, open the preferred job or create a new one.
    4. In the Overview section, select the + Add Locations button next to the Locations subsection.
    5. A slide-out drawer will open. Select + Add Locations and then select all locations that will use this job.
    6. Select Apply in the bottom right corner of the drop-down menu.
    7. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    8. When the drawer closes, select the enabled + Add Job Titles button next to the Additional Job Titles subsection.
    9. In the new slide-out drawer that opens, the default public job title will be tied to all locations. To adjust this, first select + Add Public Job Title.
      • Note: If utilizing the Multilingual feature:
        • You can only add additional job titles in English.
        • These job titles can then be translated by following this process:
          1. Select the preferred language from the language selector.
          2. Click the + Add Job Titles button.
          3. Make changes to the English additional job titles.
          4. Click the Finish button. This will save the translated additional job titles by language.
    10. On the new page of the drawer, enter a public job title in the text field.
    11. Select + Add Locations and select the preferred location(s) tied to this job title.
    12. Select Apply in the bottom right corner of the location menu.
    13. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    14. Repeat steps #9-13 for all preferred job titles.
      • Note: The default public job title will reflect this job's original title and cannot be edited from this drawer. However, as you add new job titles and tie them to locations, then they will be removed from the default job title.
    15. Select Finish in the bottom right corner of the drawer when you've added all job titles.

From here, continue to build or edit the job as needed before saving and publishing the job.
