The Pinned Files section of the Candidate Summary Builder allows users with full access to select key documents that will always display at the top of a candidate's profile, regardless of the number of files that are included in their profile. This ensures that essential forms and information are instantly visible to recruiters across the entire account.

To pin a document, follow the steps below:

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down list.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Candidate Summary Builder under the Platform section.
    3. From the left panel of the Candidate Summary Builder, select Pinned Files.
    4. Select + Add File under the Edit Pins section.
    5. In the Add File slide-out drawer, select the preferred document.
      • Note: Documents can only be pinned if they are already added to the Media Library.
    6. In the lower-right corner, select Add to add your pinned file.
    7. When the drawer closes, select Save in the upper-right corner to save your changes.

The pinned documents then display at the top of your Files section in the Hire Details section of the Candidate Inbox, regardless of completion date.

You can pin up to three documents in the Files section.
