You can view reports in a multitude of ways.

    View scheduled reports

    Alert channels

If you are added as a recipient to a scheduled report, then you will be notified of that report in two ways:

    • Web alerts – You can open a report sent via web alerts by selecting the bell icon in the top right corner of the header and then the report notification from the slide-out drawer that opens.
    • Email – Scheduled reports will send to the email address on your employee record. Open the report from that email.

    The Schedule modal

You can view scheduled reports by completing the steps below:

    1. Open the Scheduled Reports list.
    2. Hover over the preferred report and select its action menu, or ellipses.
    3. Select Schedule.
    4. In the Schedule modal that opens, any previously scheduled reports will display below the + Add Schedule option. Click into a report row to view the details of the report.

    View shared reports

Recipients of a shared report will receive both a web alert and email notification.

    Web alert experience

You will receive a web alert from the bell icon in the top right corner of the CEM when a report is shared with you. Selecting this notification will automatically open the report in the Report Builder.

    • Note: The report will open with the status that it was shared in.

    Email notification experience

If the report is set to send as a direct file, then a link to the report will be attached to the email. If the report is set to send as a direct link, then a link to the report will be included in the email copy. Select either the attachment or link to automatically open the report in the Report Builder.

    • Note: The report will open with the status that it was shared in.
