Table of Contents
Reports will have three available statuses: Draft, Unpublished, and Published. In each of these states, they will have certain capabilities.
Draft status
Reports in this status will be reports that have not been published yet. While in this status, the following functions/actions are available:
- Reports that are in this status will be auto-saved in real-time.
- All users with full access to the Reports permission will be able to see reports in the Draft status.
Unpublished status
Reports in this status are reports that were previously published but have since been edited. While in this status, the following functions/actions are available:
- Reports that are in this status will be auto-saved in real-time.
- All users with full access to the Reports permission will be able to see auto-saved changes in real-time by other users.
- All users with view access to the Reports permission will not be able to see Unpublished reports.
- Unpublished reports can be shared with full and view access users, but it will only be visible to users with full access to the Reports permission.
Published status
Reports in this status are reports that were created and finalized. While in this status, the following functions/actions are available:
- All users with view access to the Reports permission will only be able to see the latest Published version of a report.
- All scheduled recurring reports will send the latest published version of the report.
- Published reports can be shared with full and view access users.
