When an Employee Signature is added to an offer letter, it will be a required component in the left-hand toolbar. If you send an offer letter that requires a signature, then follow the steps below.

    1. Select the Sign button in the toolbar to begin the process for adding your signature.
    2. A Consent to Use Electronic Signatures modal will then open. Select I Agree in order to complete and send the offer letter.
      • Note: The language in this modal can be customized. Please reach out to your CS Representative for more information.
    3. A new modal will open. Draw or type your signature, depending on this component’s configuration.
    4. Select Sign to add your signature.

Your signature will then populate in the Employee Signature field along with a time and date stamp. Select Send Offer to send the offer to the candidate.

    View offer

When viewing the offer letter from the Candidate Profile’s Hire Details section, you will be able to see any required signatures listed at the bottom of the offer letter.
