Configuration Job card additions Threshold reached actions Jobs disabled automatically Notify the hiring manager FAQs

When using this feature and turning on a job, you can set the total number of hires needed for the job upfront. Your AI Assistant will then monitor the number of hires, and when the predetermined number is reached, your AI Assistant will either close the job automatically or notify the hiring manager that the number of hires was met. This helps you keep better track of the jobs that are ready to be closed and stay in line with your hiring goals.

    Important Notes:

    • This feature does not take into consideration Hiring Event interviews, only traditional interviews.
    • While this feature will complete the threshold actions when the set number of Candidates reaches the “Hired” stage of the job’s Candidate Journey, you can also use the Candidate Volume Optimizer to complete the same actions when the set number of Candidates reaches a certain stage of the job’s Candidate Journey. Learn more about the Candidate Volume Optimizer (CVO) here.

    Configuration

Learn how to configure this feature here.

    Job card additions

Once the Number of Hires value is present, it will display after the Open Shifts pill within the job card in My Jobs. This pill will show the current number of hires who have reached the set Hired stage against the total hires needed for this job.

In addition to this, if CVO is enabled for your account, then the CVO pill will be listed after the Number of Hires pill to show how many candidates currently have reached the CVO threshold out of total number set.

    Threshold reached actions

Depending on the actions set for the job, one of the below actions will occur when your job's threshold is met.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If both the Number of Hires and CVO are enabled, the system will take the action based on the threshold that is reached first.

    Jobs disabled automatically

When a job is configured to turn off when it reaches its threshold, the job card will also include an alert that states that the set number of hires was reached at the predetermined Hired stage.

All users with access to a candidate who applied to this job will also be notified that the job was turned off in their web alerts/bell notifications.

    Notify the hiring manager

When Notify Hiring Manager is selected for the action when a threshold is met, the hiring manager will be notified that the job should be turned off manually via web alerts.

If a hiring manager is not receiving their bell notifications, it is due to inactivity in viewing these notifications. They can turn these notifications back on from the bell notification slide-out drawer or the Alert Management page. Learn more here.
