Your CS Representative will create and manage your brands for you. Once all brands have been created in Brand Management, they can now be assigned to your jobs.
- Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
- From the Settings page, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
- Open the preferred job category and then job.
- From within the Overview section of the job, select the preferred brand from the Brand name selector.
- Note: This single-select dropdown pulls the Public Company Name as well as all brands that have been created in the account.
- Select Save.
- Publish the job.
Brand name logic
If a Brand Name is selected on a job and a candidate applies to that job:
- Everywhere that uses the #company-name token will pull the brand name in all communications sent to the candidate (Workflows, Offers, Assistant Messaging, Messaging Templates, etc.).
- All areas that contain a logo sent to a candidate will be replaced with the brand's logo (Job Posting Page, Offers, Forms, Email Communications, etc.).
If a Brand Name is selected on the job, but a candidate has not applied to a job yet:
- The #brand_name will be null, and any messaging using #company-name will default to the Public Company Name. The #brand_name token is a Standard Job Attribute and is only populated after a candidate selects or applies for a job. There is currently no way to reference the selected brand in messaging before a job is chosen.
If the Public Company Name is selected in the dropdown:
- Nothing will change for the candidate’s experience from what we had previously to Multi-Branding. This means candidate communications will still pull the Public Company Name when the #company-name token is used (including in Interview Instructions) and the account logo when a logo is displayed.
