Navigation Brand Management section Add a brand

The Brand Management section of Company Information allows you to manage multiple brands for the company.

    Navigation

Complete the steps outlined here to navigate to Company Information.

    Brand Management section

When Multi-Branding is enabled in Client Setup, then this section will be included in the left panel of the Company Information page.

    Add a brand

To add a brand, users with full access to Branding can complete the below steps.

    1. Navigate to the Brand Management section of the Company Information page.
    2. Select the Add Brand button.
    3. In the slide-out drawer that opens, upload the brand’s logo and crop the image if needed.
    4. Enter in the Brand Name.
    5. In the Brand Information section, enter in a description of the brand. This field has a 240 character limit.
      • Note: This field shapes how your AI Assistant responds in Contextual Q&A and takes priority over the Company Information section in Client Setup, so candidates see responses that reflect your brand rather than the parent company.
    6. If you use an integrated ATS, ensure to enter the External ID field for this brand. You can add additional External IDs by clicking + Add additional ID and entering in the corresponding ID.
      • IMPORTANT NOTE: Your team will need to add a brand node in your external feed so that the brand can be mapped correctly and displayed accurately. Additional External IDs will be recognized in data feeds.
    7. The Email Header Logo is the logo that will appear in the top middle portion of any emails sent from the system to candidates and/or employees, such as scheduling emails. Drag and drop a file or browse your computer and upload the preferred logo for your email header. 500 KB is the max file size, but 40 KB is recommended. Once a file is selected, the logo can be cropped before being saved to the system.
      • Note: Files can be removed by clicking the trash can icon listed within the file upload box.
    8. Any email elements, such as an icon or button, can be updated to reflect the entered element color. In this field, enter in the hex code, which will update the color indicator next to the hex code and the visuals in the email preview.
      • Note: If an invalid color is entered, a warning will display.
    9. In the Text Color field, enter in the hex code for your desired text color.
    10. In the Custom Company Links section, enter the Link Name that you want to display as well as the Link Address for the hyperlink.
      • Note: To add another link, select + Add Another Link. You can delete a link by selecting the trash can icon. You can add a maximum of 20 company links.
    11. In the Customize Company Footer Address section, choose your country to update the address fields to the correct format. From there, you can enter the street address, city, state/province, and ZIP code/postcode.
    12. Scroll down to the bottom of the drawer to view a preview of this brand’s customized emails. If any changes need to be made, repeat steps #4-8 as needed.
    13. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.

Once a brand is created, you can then utilize the Multi-Branding feature.

The name of the Parent Company should use the Public Company Name field in the Details section of Company Information.

The default brand is a customer's Public Company Name, and since brand names need to be unique, a customer's Public Company Name cannot match any of their brands' names.

If a Confirm Approval Cancelation modal displays when you click Save, then it means that you edited a brand that changes the targeting for at least one approval flow that has an approval pending. Clicking Confirm will cancel all approvals that are pending. Learn more about the Approvals Engine here.
