Configuration Step #1: Ensure multi-branding and campaigns is enabled Step #2: Configure brands in Brand Management Step #3: Configure outbound phone numbers by brand

This guide walks through the process of enabling the multi-branding for campaigns.

    Configuration

If you have full access to Client Setup and Channels, you can complete the below steps.

Step #1: Ensure multi-branding and campaigns is enabled

    1. In the All Apps drop-down menu, select Settings.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. In Client Setup, select the Account Overview section from the left panel.
    4. Enable the Multi-Branding toggle.
    5. In the lower-right corner, select the Save button.
    6. Select the Campaigns section from the left panel.
    7. Enable the Campaigns toggle.
    8. In the lower-right corner, select the Save button.

Step #2: Configure brands in Brand Management

You can configure your client's brands by following the steps below:

    1. Select the All Apps menu in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select to Company Information under the Company section.
    3. In Company Information, open the Brand Management section.
    4. Follow the step-by-step documentation in Multi-branding to add a brand.

Step #3: Configure outbound phone numbers by brand

You can configure multiple outbound phone numbers for your different brands, associating each outbound phone number for the brands in your account.

To add an outbound phone number with Multi-Branding enabled:

    1. Select the All Apps menu in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Phone Numbers under the Platform section.
    3. In Phone Numbers, open the Outbound Phone Number section.
      • Note: The Outbound toggle must be enabled under the Apply section of Client Setup to open the Outbound Phone Number section.
    4. In the upper-right corner of the page, select the plus icon.
    5. Select the phone number time from the dialog box that opens and then select Continue.

Toll-free numbers can only be configured using a US or Canadian phone number.

    1. Select the preferred brand in Branding, Country Code, and then Area Code.
    2. Select Generate Number.

You can’t have multiple outbound phone numbers that have the same country code if they are associated with the same brand. They must be associated with different brands.
