This March 10th release includes the following enhancements. These updates are subject to change until the day of the release.

    Happy March! 🎉

If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Please contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

    Platform

Automatic migration of Basic User Portal (BUP) users to CEM

We’ve moved everyone from the old Basic User Portal (BUP) directly into the main CEM platform. This means you now have one single place to manage your hiring workflow.

    • What this means for you: You no longer need to switch between the BUP and the CEM. All your existing data and permissions have been moved over for you automatically. You can now use the Recruiting Dashboard to stay on top of your alerts, tasks, and upcoming meetings in one view.
    • How to access:
      1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps > Recruiting Dashboard.

Please access our Recruiting Dashboard documentation for more information.

    My Calendar/Calendars

OIT block filtering by Integrated Job ID

If you use an external ATS (and are migrated to the Integrated Jobs experience), you know how tricky it can be to find the right job when titles are similar. We’ve updated our calendar to help you identify Integrated Jobs more accurately.

    • What this means for you: When viewing or editing Open Interview Time (OIT) blocks, you can now search and filter using the Integrated Job ID. This ensures you are always scheduling for the correct role, even if you’re managing a high volume of similar positions.
    • How to access:
      • Select All Apps > My Calendar.
      • Edit an existing OIT block or drag and drop to create a new one.
      • In the Add Available Time drawer, select the jobs you need by searching for their Integrated Job ID.

    Conversational Events

View and complete evaluations from the candidate profile

You can now handle interview evaluations directly from a candidate’s profile.

    • What this means for you: There’s no need to jump over to a separate Events app to finish your evaluations. By keeping evaluations inside the candidate profile, you can see the candidate's full history and complete your feedback in one quick step.
    • How to access:
      1. Open a candidate’s profile in your Candidate Inbox.
      2. Select the Events tab.
      3. For the Evaluation Status, select Not Complete to fill out a new evaluation, or Complete to review or edit one you’ve already finished.

    Conversational Scheduling

Automated employee timezone sync and configuration

To help avoid scheduling mix-ups, the system now stays in sync with your actual work calendar (like Outlook or Google).

    • What this means for you: If you travel to a different timezone or your company updates its settings, your interview times will automatically adjust to match your connected calendar. It’s one less thing for you to check manually, ensuring you and your candidates are always on the same page.
    • How to access: This is an automated background sync configured by your Company or Account Admin. No setup required.

    My Jobs

    Audience-specific job posting URLs

When you’re sharing a job, you can now generate a link specifically for the audience you’re trying to reach, whether internal candidates or external candidates.

    • What this means for you:  You can easily grab a link specifically for Internal candidates or External candidates. This ensures everyone gets the right application experience and helps you track exactly where your applicants are coming from.
    • How to access:
      1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps > My Jobs.
      2. Select the three-dot menu next to the job you want to share.
      3. Choose Copy Internal Posting Link or Copy External Posting Link.

If you manage Campaigns or Events, you can now define the audience type (Internal or External) there as well.

Additionally, when manually adding a candidate to the Inbox, you can now label them as Internal or External right in the Add New Candidate drawer.

Depending on your account configuration, this feature may not be visible or available to use.
