Custom interview types can be added to your account to reflect the different naming conventions or interviews used in your hiring process. Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the following process.

    3. Client Setup will then open. Scroll down to and open the Scheduling section from the left panel.
    4. Find the Add Interview Types setting and select Add Type next to it.
    5. A modal will then open. Enter the Interview Name.
    6. Select Interview Type and choose from the following:

      • Virtual Interview
      • In-Person Interview
      • Group Interview
      • Sequential Interview
    7. (Optional) If you are using an integrated ATS, the API ID can be updated to support the new interview types parameter of custom_interview_type.
    8. Select Add to add the new interview type.
    9. Repeat steps #4-8 for all custom interview types.
