Conversational Events
Re-engage your candidates when they have no event availability
Ever had a great candidate miss an event because there wasn't availability? With this new update, you won't have to worry about missing your candidates. If a candidate can't attend an event because they have no event availability, they'll now be automatically invited to new events if something opens up and they qualify. This means less manual work for you and fewer missed opportunities for candidates.

Target candidates by scheduling smarter for your orientation events

Ask for interview feedback in your conversations

Forms
Document configuration across staging to production
Now, all of your document configurations automatically transfer when you migrate an account across instances, from staging to production environments. This enhancement minimizes the time the implementation team spends on manual document setup, accelerates your go-live process, and eliminates any errors or inconsistencies that could occur with manual transfers.
Limited ability to edit multilingual documents
You now have a limited ability to edit multilingual documents; more specifically, you can only edit the English version of a document. Designed as a necessary guardrail and short-term solution to help our international clients and multilingual candidates build trust in our forms, this update helps prevent downstream issues so we can consistently and correctly capture the right data for multilingual forms. This will help us work towards developing more comprehensive solutions for multilingual form management.
Job Management
Custom feeds
You can now create custom feeds, providing greater flexibility in distributing client jobs across various channels, including career sites, job boards, and advertising partners. This streamlines job distribution, eliminating manual adjustments and accommodating diverse partner requirements efficiently.

Journey targeting in Job Centric View
In the Job Centric View page, you are now able to use Journey Targeting capabilities. This allows you to easily manage all of your candidates in a single workspace while enjoying the benefits of journey targeting, streamlining the hiring process for location jobs and all associated targeted journeys.

Journeys
Delete stages and statuses easily
To streamline client implementations and reduce the need for engineering and product support, there is new and improved logic for deleting stages and statuses in Journeys. Now, you delete a stage or status if it is not in use and has no candidates. You can also delete a stage or status that has candidates, as long as those candidates are first moved in bulk to another status. This update offers flexible functionality in Journeys, allowing clients and teams to delete with ease.

New scheduling logic for dispositioned candidates and status mapping
The auto-disposition scheduling logic now uses statuses mapped to the core Disposition status in Journeys → Status Mapping. This enhancement enables automatic interview cancellations for candidates once they're dispositioned, preventing interviewer burnout and ensuring that interviews are only spending their time with the right candidates. It also guarantees a more efficient scheduling process across all client configurations, regardless of how Journey stages have been customized in the account.
