This July 14th release includes the following enhancements. These updates are subject to change until the day of the release.

    Happy July! 🎉

If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Please contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

    Paradox Analytics

    Filtering additions

    Custom duration into the future

    Filter across dashboards

You can now add a filter that applies across every report on a dashboard at once, so you don't need to set the same filter on each report individually. You can also filter by a forward-looking date range, such as the next 30 days or next 3 months, to complement the existing backward-looking filter.

What this means for you: You can get a coherent, filtered view of your data in seconds without manually syncing the same filter across every report. If you're tracking upcoming hiring activity or reviewing the pipeline over the next quarter, you can apply a single dashboard-level filter and see consistent results across every report at once.

How to access: This feature is automatically available to use for all customers using Paradox Analytics. No setup is required.

Learn more about creating and managing reports and creating and editing a reporting dashboard.

    Sequential calendar invite updates

    Email invites

    Google Calendar invites

Session names now appear in all confirmation emails, SMS messages, and calendar invites for sequential interviews. For Google Calendar users, each calendar block includes only the details and the video link for that specific session.

What this means for you: If you participate in or manage sequential interviews, you and your candidates can see exactly which session each Google Calendar block refers to. There's no need to cross-reference separate communications to figure out which interview block is which, and your interview team can join the right session without confusion.

How to access: This update applies automatically to all sequential interview communications and Google Calendar blocks for sequential interview sessions. No setup is required.

    Learn more about sequential interviews.

The calendar block feature only displaying details and a video link for that specific session is only for Google Calendars. This is not applicable to Outlook Calendars.

Schedule over unavailable times setting available for round robin groups (RRG) interviews with all attendees

You can now use the Schedule Over Unavailable Times setting for a round robin group (RRG) when all eligible group members are selected as attendees, giving you full visibility into whose calendar will be affected when scheduling over busy times.

What this means for you: If you need to book a specific interviewer regardless of their calendar availability within a round robin group, you can now do so without losing the group's structure. Your scheduling team can confirm which attendees will be affected and proceed with confidence, rather than working around the group configuration.

    How to access:

    1. Navigate to any scheduling drawer in Paradox.
    2. In Interview Details, select + Add Interviewers.
    3. Select the desired round robin group under Round Robin Groups, and then select Apply.
    4. Increase the Number of Attendees to the amount of interviewers in the round robin group.
    5. Select Choose Time.
    6. Select the desired times.
    7. Enable the Schedule over unavailable times setting to schedule the interview during a time when an attendee is marked as unavailable.

Learn more about the Choose a Time feature.

    My Jobs/Job Management

    Private job posting setting

Your Company/Account Admin can now enable a setting to make jobs Confidential at the account-level. When this setting is enabled and a job is turned off in My Jobs, you can still copy an external private posting link from the action menu, or ellipses, and share it directly with a candidate.

What this means for you: If you need to send a candidate a link to a job that is no longer open, use Copy External Private Posting Link from that job's action menu, or ellipses. Depending on your account configuration, this option may not appear for inactive jobs.

    How to access:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps, and then select My Jobs.
    2. Find the job that's turned off.
    3. Select the action menu, or ellipses, next to the job.
    4. Select Copy External Private Posting Link to copy the direct link to share with candidates.
