This July 8th release includes the following enhancements. These updates are subject to change until the day of the release.
Happy July! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter.
Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.
Candidate Inbox
New Events, Campaigns, Talent Community tabs in the candidate profile

You may notice new tabs in the Candidate Inbox when you're viewing a candidate's profile. This change is just one stride toward our unified candidate profile, a streamlined view designed to simplify your candidate review and help you easily follow a candidate's journey or story.
- New tab structure: Your candidate's applications, campaigns sent to them, events registered and attended, and talent communities each live in their own designed tab — removing the need to toggle through a single dropdown.
- Consistent candidate view: The candidate’s name stays visible as you navigate across tabs.
- No logic changes: This is a re-design update — all data and functionality remaining the same, just easier for your teams to access key information.

Campaigns
Brand-specific campaigns are here!
We've enhanced Campaigns to support multi-brand functionality, allowing you to send brand-specific messages from your brand-specific outbound phone numbers. This means you can now send campaigns through your specific brand, ensuring your messages reach only the candidates associated with desired brands. Get ready for a more cohesive and professional candidate experience, simplifying your brand management along the way.

Campus
Goodbye School Management!
We're bringing the best of School Management directly into Campus Profiles! The School Management page is now being retired, and all its functionality for creating and managing school and campus profiles are now seamlessly integrated within Campus Profiles. This consolidation provides a single, unified space to not only manage your campuses but also track events, view candidates, and see your team, simplifying your workflow and increasing efficiency.

Conversational Scheduling
Mass update scheduling settings across your users and locations
Your dedicated CS Representative can now easily manage and update your scheduling settings across multiple users and locations, streamlining scheduling management. They can now efficiently configure and update key interview settings—such as start time control, default interview type and duration, and default location—across multiple users and locations simultaneously. This enhancement reduces the time you spend on manual configuration, enabling you to scale your interview processes with ease. Set your default calendar events to private
You can now default your interview calendar events to private. This new setting ensures that all new interview events automatically reflect your preferred privacy setting across the system. By enabling this setting, you can maintain general candidate confidentiality, preventing unintentional sharing of interview details, or simply keeping your team's calendars clutter-free from specifics.

Job Management
More intelligent location mapping process for your jobs
For our external ATS clients, our job location mapping just got a significant upgrade, making your hiring process smoother and more accurate. We've enhanced our system to automatically clean and match job feed locations with your existing Location Management entries, eliminating previous errors caused by exact, case-sensitive matching. This means less manual work for your team, improved data accuracy, and a more streamlined experience as we prepare for a future where location mapping will be a required part of job management.
Forms
Document audit log entries
We've enhanced how documents with multiple audiences (like candidates and hiring teams) are managed, ensuring all data is perfectly synchronized and always up-to-date. This means no more confusion or rework when forms are re-sent. Your audit logs will now accurately reflect every change, showing precisely who edited the document. For compliance-forward organizations, this update is a game-changer, providing reliable and legally sound audit trails that you can trust completely.

Data Feeds
CDATA tag and publisher information in the master feed
We've added a new functionality to our Master Feed processing capabilities: the ability to generate CDATA-formatted Master Feed Templates. This enhancement allows us to support third-party requests for CDATA-structured XML feeds, meeting their technical guidelines for job distribution and other data needs. This means you can reach more candidates through distribution without worrying about parsing errors, boosting your hiring reach and visibility. Please reach out to your dedicated Paradox Client Success Manager for more information.

Platform
Embed hyperlinks in your AI assistant's communications
You can now embed links directly into the text of your AI assistant’s communications. This new feature ensures your messages look cleaner and more professional by allowing you to link text instead of displaying the full URL. Please reach out to your dedicated Paradox Client Success Manager for more information.
Interview feedback dropdown option in Surveys
We're excited to announce the arrival of the Dropdown question type in Interview Feedback, bringing the same flexibility and ease you've loved in evaluations right into your interview process. This means no more limits on your answer choices—you can now add unlimited options to questions, making it super easy to capture precise attributes for your candidates.

Save your conversation history
We're excited to share an improvement to Olivia Assist that will make your experience even smoother! Olivia can now remember your past conversations, even if you close the widget. This means you can easily pick up where you left off, and Olivia will have better context about your needs, leading to more efficient and personalized support every time.

Minor enhancements
Analytics and Reporting
There is a new Full Job Requisition ID field in the Hire: Candidate Journey report.
Browser Extension
When creating candidates through the embedded Paradox browser extension in Workday, users will now see email and phone number listed as communication preferences if these are configured in their account instead of only email.
Career Site Builder
- The following components now comply with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 for design:
- Jobs Search (including the Enable commute time toggle)
- Jobs Filter
- Jobs Pagination
- You can now fully customize the display of job information in the Jobs List Header component using the new string template editor.
Data Feeds
Users attempting to delete a location in Location Feeds that is actively used elsewhere in the system will now be presented with a Cannot Delete Location modal, preventing accidental deletion.
Events
Candidates receiving message campaigns associated with past events are no longer automatically registered as new leads or for the event. Their replies will now be handled by Olivia's natural language processing (NLP) Q&A responses.
Location Management
Users can now search by Action Type within the search bar of the View History section in the Location Mapping folder.
Scheduling
- The AI assistant now correctly confirms interview times when a candidate accepts and offers all available slots, including appropriate responses when a single, unavailable time is declined.
- When a candidate sends a thumbs-up emoticon from SMS in response to an interview reminder, the system no longer incorrectly triggers an interview reschedule.
Surveys
- A command was ran to delete bad data that caused the incorrect candidate name to display in survey communications within candidate conversations in the CEM.
- When a candidate responds to a multi-select question in a survey, any trailing punctuation marks or whitespaces are now ignored, allowing the system to successfully process the answers.
