Table of Contents
Journeys are made up of the stages and statuses in a candidate workflow, for both Candidate Journeys and Talent Community Journeys, which allows a candidate to move through the engagement or hiring lifecycle at an organization.
Use cases
Journeys is a feature that all clients must use to configure candidate lifecycles, allowing candidates to progress through engagement or recruitment processes at an organization.
Configuration
By default, Journeys (sometimes referred to as “System Journeys”) are automatically enabled for each account. Users with full access to Client Setup can configure additional settings to support this feature. If you have this access, complete the below steps.
- Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
- From the left panel of the new page, open the Automation section.
- Under the Journeys subsection, toggle on the following, as needed:
- Next Steps – Toggle this on to include next steps as an option for your journeys. Click here to learn more about next steps.
- Include “Candidate Received” status – Toggle this on to include a Candidate Received status in the Capture stage of a journey and filter candidates by this status. This is best used when your team is receiving candidates through an integration.
- Candidate Volume Optimizer - Toggle this on to limit the number of candidates at each stage of the hiring process. The section becomes available from the Settings page. Click here to learn more about the Candidate Volume Optimizer feature.
- Save the page.
