Manage the header job data shown to candidates when viewing job details

While candidates can view job details and be screened for jobs via a job posting page opened for a specific job, a smaller version of this job posting page can also be seen from within a candidate's job search conversation with your candidate. After a candidate reviews a list of open jobs provided by your AI Assistant, they can click into and view an expanded modal for a specific job, where they can view details about the job without leaving their conversation.

The fields that display at the top of the job posting within this modal can be adjusted as needed.

Manage the header job data shown to candidates when viewing job details

Candidates can click into a job listed by your AI Assistant in job search to learn more about its details. This is a smaller version of the job posting page, where the job title, description, and additional details are shown. Users who have full access to the Job Search Results Builder have the ability to choose the job and location data that displays in the header of this page.

    To do this,

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS from its drop-down list.
    2. From the left panel, select Job Search Results Builder and then Job Posting Page underneath it.
    3. The Included Fields section will then open with the following two default fields. Add additional fields if needed for a total of six fields.
      • Job Title
        • Note: This is a locked value and cannot be removed.
      • Job Location
        • Note: This is hyperlinked.
    4. Select Save in the upper-right corner of this section.
    5. If you are using conditions, adjust the data for any set conditions by following the steps outlined here.
