If you are utilizing an integrated ATS, then you can view your master feed and external job feed(s) from within Data Feeds so that you can validate the fields that are being processed in the system and ultimately elevate your ability to manage the content of a job feed. You will also be able to view a history of previous data updates from the job feeds listing.

    Configuration

This will be automatically enabled for accounts that use an external Applicant Tracking System (ATS) job feed and who have Data Feeds and Job Search enabled. These fields should be configured for you by your CS Representative. Contact them for support, if needed.

    Job Feeds

From the Jobs section of the Data Feeds page, all job requisitions from all of the accounts' job feeds will be listed based on the last data feed run. You can view general job details from the list or click into a job from the list to view its Standard and Custom Job Attribute details in a slide-out drawer.

The job feed sections also allows you to complete the following actions:

    1. View All Job Feeds in the Feed – This tooltip will only display in the Master Feed list. Hovering over the Master Feed tooltip will display all job feeds included in the Master Feed.
    2. View Last Run Timestamp – This displays the last time and date that the feed was run.
    3. Run Update – When clicked, the system will rerun the job feed file.
      • Notes:
        • Only System Implementors and Paradox Admins have access to this button.
        • When refreshing the job feed manually, refresh the client feed first and then the master feed for the most updated information to show to candidates.
    4. Download the Most Recent File – When clicked, you can download the most recent job feed file.
    5. View / Download Job Data Feed History –  When clicked, you can view a list of dates, times, and general run details for each run that has occurred. You can also download additional historical versions of the feed from this drawer.
    6. Search – You can use the search bar to find the preferred job requisition.
    7. Determine a Job’s Job Feed – This column will only display in the Master Feed list and will provide the name of the feed that includes the job.

    Permissions

By default, only Paradox Admins will have full access to the Job Feeds permission, and Company/Account Admins, Full User - Edit Everythings, and  will have view access. If you and/or a member of your team needs access to uploading one-time job files and/or viewing scheduled job feeds, request to have the Jobs permission (under the Data Feeds parent permission) granted for the necessary user roles.
