Attribute Job Search custom conversations allow your AI Assistant to better match candidates to jobs that they are qualified for either before applying to a job or after they have been dispositioned from a job. This guide outlines how to configure this feature for your account.
Configuration
Step #1: Create an Attribute Job Search conversation
Build an Attribute Job Search conversation by following the steps outlined here.
Step #2: Update Interaction on Candidate Engagement Source
- Navigate to the candidate engagement source that you want to update with this conversation. This can be the widget in Web Management or the SMS short code in Channels, among others.
- Open the preferred engagement source.
- Update the Start Interaction to Capture.
- In the Select Conversation selector, select the pre-built Job Attribute Search conversation.
- Select Save and Finish.
- Repeat these steps for all necessary candidate engagement sources.
