Automatically disabled job alerts

Job alerts allow candidates to be automatically notified when jobs are posted that match their previous job searches. While job alerts can be manually disabled or updated by the candidate, there are times when job alerts will automatically disable. These include the following events:
- A candidate applies to a job tied to a job alert they signed up for previously.
- The candidate does not engage with job alert notifications after 50 attempts.
