    Role/Users Impacted

    Enablement Path

Admin Tools: System integrator permissions and access

Must be configured - please contact your CS Representative

Approvals: Target your approvals by pay percentage

    • Affects users with Full Access to build Approval Flows

Must be configured in the Approval Flows Builder

    Campaigns: Filter by users

    Automatically (no manual configuration)

Channels: Self-service candidate resubscribe for notifications and communications

    • By default, affects candidates who have previously unsubscribed and want to resubscribe

    Automatically (no manual configuration)

Conversational Events: Send event prep documents to your candidates and event managers

    • Affects users with Full Access to the Events

Automatically (no manual configuration - but Interview Prep must be enabled in the account)

Data Privacy: Location-based Terms and Conditions

We've updated configuration options so that you can display Terms and Conditions to be based on the job’s specific location rather than the candidate's IP address, ensuring jurisdictional compliance for global hiring.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins and Company/Account Admins

Must be configured - please contact your CS Representative

Evaluations: Permissions update for viewing completed evaluations

We've updated evaluation permissions with granular controls, allowing you to restrict a user’s visibility to only their own evaluations, ensuring an objective and independent talent review process.

    • Affects users with Full Access to Evaluations.

Automatically (no manual configuration unless you want to change the default permission settings - please contact your CS Representative)

    • Affects users with Full Access to Location Management

    Automatically (no manual configuration)

Must be configured - please contact your CS Representative
