The table below displays all interview-related data in a single, comprehensive view. You can customize which columns are visible and their order to suit your workflow.

    Column Name Description
    Status

The Status column displays a color-coded icon to show the interview's current status.

    • Blue – Scheduled interviews that have been confirmed by the candidate.
    • Green – Completed interviews that have passed.
    • Yellow – Interviews with a No Availability status (a request hasn’t been sent because a user needs to add availability) or a Request Expired status (the candidate can no longer choose a time).
    • Red – Canceled interviews (by either the user or the candidate).
    • Gray – Pending interview requests that have been sent to the candidate, but the candidate has not chosen a time yet.
Date Displays the most recent date related to the interview with a contextual note (e.g., “April 16, 2025 (Interview Date)”). Selecting the date opens a Dates modal that displays a full timeline of all actions, including reschedules and status changes.
Candidate Name The name of the candidate.
Interview Type The type of interview (e.g., In-Person, Virtual, Phone).
Time The scheduled time and timezone for the interview. This will be blank for interviews with statuses like No Availability or Request Expired.
Job Title The job the candidate is interviewing for.
    Attendees

A visual stack of attendee avatars with color-coded outlines indicating their response status:

    • Green outline –  Confirmed
    • Yellow outline –  Pending
    • Red outline –  Declined

Declined and No Availability attendees are automatically moved to the end of the stack. Clicking the column opens an Attendees modal with a full list of all invitees.

Interview Location The scheduled location for the interview.
Reminders A color-coded bubble indicating the number of reminders sent. Hover over the bubble to see the total number of reminders sent (e.g., "2 out of 8"). Clicking the bubble opens a popover showing the date and time each reminder was sent.
Request Sent Date Displays the date the interview request was originally sent. This column is hidden by default. To add this column to the table, you need to customize your table settings.
Journey Stage The candidate's current journey stage. This column is hidden by default. To add this column to the table, you need to customize your table settings.
