Indeed Apply: Candidate experience

Jobs that are posted in Indeed will include the job title, company, job description, pay, job type, shift, and qualifications for easy reference by candidates. This information, including listed tags, are pulled and organized by Indeed.
- Note: While these tags cannot be customized in the CEM, you can speak with your Indeed Representative to confirm if these can be updated on Indeed’s end.
Candidates can then complete the following process to apply to a job posting.
- Click into the job posting.
- They will then be able to view the job description. Select Apply Now.
- The screen will update to display the Add a resume for the employer section, where the candidate can add their resume or edit an existing resume.
- Select Continue to move to the next section.
- Answer the screening question for the job.
- Select Continue.
- Repeat steps #5-6 for each screening question. A progress bar will be displayed above the screening questions to indicate how much of the application they have left to complete.
- After all questions are answered, they will then submit their responses.
