When Paradox jobs are linked to hiring events, your AI Assistant will help candidates seamlessly apply for a job, register for a hiring event, and be scheduled for the event within the same conversation. This will help to provide a more streamlined approach to adding the best-qualified candidates to your mass hiring events, new store openings, national hiring events, and re-staffing events.

    Configuration

    Step #1: Enable this feature

This feature can only be enabled with the help of your CS Representative. When requesting that this feature be enabled, ensure to discuss the preferred scheduling timelines that should be set for registering for an event and the job qualification levels that should be set for jobs tied to your events.

Step #2: Create an upcoming event site

Create an upcoming event site that reflects your brand and image. Click here to learn how.

Step #3: Update default messaging (optional)

Work with your CS Representative to review the default messaging for hiring events and adjust any messaging, as needed.

Step #4: Set up jobs with job qualification levels

From Job Manager, first check to make sure all of the jobs you are wanting to include in your events are created and published. Click here to learn more about creating a standard job and here for multi-location jobs. You can then build out job outcomes that are centered on a specific job qualification level. Candidates can then be auto-invited to an upcoming hiring event via their AI Assistant. Learn more about setting up job qualification levels here.

Step #5: Turn on jobs in My Jobs

Once jobs created and have their job qualification levels configured, navigate to the My Jobs page and turn on those jobs.

Step #6: Create hiring event custom conversations

You will need to create a hiring event custom conversation that allows candidates to register for events automatically in their conversation with your AI Assistant. Click here to learn how to create this type of conversation.

Step #7: Create a hiring event and add jobs

While building an event, add jobs and their conversations so that interested candidates can apply to them and, depending on the set registration outcomes, be invited to the job’s associated hiring event. Learn more here.

    FAQs

What happens when ATS Jobs are enabled, a hiring event is created, upcoming events are listed in the client's account, and then they want to turn off ATS Jobs and turn on Paradox Jobs?

At the time when integrated ATS Jobs is disabled and Paradox Jobs is enabled, the conversations (at any point) with candidates will be stopped at the job selection question, and the candidate will be moved to Capture Incomplete. New conversations cannot be started.
