You can create a guided document experience for a fillable document in the Choose Experience section of the Document Builder when the fillable document meets the following requirements listed below:

• It is a fillable document with encoded fields.
• There are more fields configured than a signature field.
• All encoded fields and attributes map to store collected data.

This experience allows you to build an interactive, step-by-step guided questions to help candidates or employees fill out the document.

Use cases

• Talent Acquisition Executives who want to streamline the fillable document completion process with a guided, step-by-step process to reduce drop-off rates, improve form quality, and overall enhance the candidate experience.
• Hiring managers who want to simplify the fillable document completion process by saving time, reducing follow-ups, and making it easier for candidates to complete documents correctly and efficiently.

Configuration

This feature can be utilized when the Content Management System (CMS) is enabled for your account. To enable this feature, users with full access to Client Setup can complete the following below steps.

1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
3. Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Q&A section.
4. Toggle on Content Management System.
5. Save the page.

Permissions

Users will need full access to the Forms permission in order to create and manage guided documents created within the Document Builder. By default, Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to this feature.
