Edit a document/form created in the Paradox platform
Document Versioning: When you edit and re-publish a document, the system creates a new version with a timestamp and records the user who made the changes. The new version becomes the active version used in all forms. However, the system maintains all previous versions of the document for compliance and audit purposes. Learn more about document versioning here.
Documents that are created within the Paradox system will live in either the CMS Media Library or Forms, depending on where it was originally created.
To edit a document, users with full access to Forms will be able to complete the following steps.
- Open either the Media Library from the Content Management System page or the Forms list from the Forms page.
- View your Documents or Forms list and find your preferred document.
- Hover over the preferred document, select the ellipses icon that displays, and then select Edit Document from its drop-down menu.
- The Document Builder will then open. Make any edits to your documentation.
