The My Profile page is intended to allow users to manage their own profile information, accessibility settings, and API access, if granted.

    Navigation

Access your My Profile by clicking your avatar icon and selecting My Profile from its dropdown menu.

    Without Employee Communications

When Employee Communications is not enabled for your account, then the My Profile will open to the Personal Information section.

All of the basic information that is related to a user’s profile is typically uploaded via Data Feeds but can be edited in the My Profile page. Upon opening your My Profile, your personal information will be displayed right away. This information includes:

    • Employee Photo
    • Employee full name
    • Job title
    • Mobile Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Employee ID
    • Country
    • API Access

To edit your existing settings, click the Settings button in the top right corner of the page. This is where you can update your availability, calendar connectivity, and many other relevant settings.

    With Employee Communications

When Employee Communications is enabled, the My Profile will open to a read-only view of the user’s Employee Profile. Employees will have access to a history of their conversation with your AI Assistant, direct chats, documents, and personal information.

    Impersonation limitations

When an employee impersonates another employee and they are on the impersonated employee's My Profile, the Employee Profile will display as read-only, and the conversation section will only display the conversation that the impersonated employee has had with the AI Assistant. The ability to view or download the documents will also be removed.

    Accessibility

    WCAG Accessibility

Users can enable WCAG compliance on their account to increase the contrast of certain colors throughout the CEM. In addition, they can manipulate the text size throughout the CEM to make it more legible.

    Platform Language

If enabled for your account, you may have the option to change the language that the platform will be displayed in for your specific experience from the Platform Language selector.

    API access

Generate and manage API credentials if you were given the appropriate permissions. Click here to learn more.

If one user will be making calls into Paradox from multiple CEM accounts, then they will need to generate one API Secret per account. The user can delete or generate a new API Secret, but it may impact live integrations.

    Permissions

All users with login access to the CEM will have a My Profile page where they can view and update their profile details and settings.
