    Use cases Configuration Filtering modal

    You have the option to include list-select attributes in the Candidate Inbox’s filtering modal. This can help your client’s team in organizing and filter Candidates better.


    Use cases

    • Recruiters/Hiring Managers who want to organize candidates better so that they can quickly find them in the CEM.
    • Recruiters/Hiring Managers who want to filter candidates through a few profile attributes.
    • Recruiters/Hiring Managers who want to create segments based on selected attributes.

    Configuration

    When a list-select attribute is added/edited, a Make attribute available in filtering”toggle will display. Toggle this on and save the drawer to include that specific attribute in the filtering modal under the Additional Attributes section.

    Masked/Encrypted attributes cannot be used in filtering.

     

    Filtering modal

    The following functionality will be available in the Candidate Inbox, Talent Communities, and Candidate Management pages' filtering modals.

     

    All list-select attributes that are available in filtering will display in the Additional Filters section at the bottom of the left panel. When clicking into a filter, you will be able to search for the preferred filter and select individual or all filter options before clicking Apply.
