Event keywords are keywords used specifically when candidates want to be registered to events.

    Event Keywords section

To open the Event Keywords section and view these keywords,

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Channels under the Platform section.
    3. From the left panel of the Channels page, open Keywords and then select Event.

This will open the Event Keywords section.

In the Event Keywords section of Channels, you can view the following information:

    • Event Keyword: The keyword configured configured.
    • Phone Number: The phone number mapped to the keyword.
    • Last Edited: The date that the phone number was last modified.
    • Date Created: The date that the phone number was created.

    List actions

Users with full access to Channels can take the following actions from each phone number row's action menu, or ellipses:

    • Edit: Opens the Edit Keyword drawer, which allows you to update the keyword settings.
    • Delete: Deletes the keyword. You must confirm this action in the warning modal.

You can switch between the Global and Event Specific tabs to view your specific event keywords.

If you are using WhatsApp in your account, then you will also have a WhatsApp - Event Specific Keywords section in the Channels page. This allows you to create keywords for candidates to use to initiate an event-related conversation with your AI Assistant via WhatsApp.
