Short code keywords are used by candidates to initiate a conversation with your AI Assistant via SMS. They will type a certain keyword, such as “Barista,” to a short code number to start conversing about a specific job opening(s).

You can manage existing short code phone numbers, but to create a new short code phone number or keyword, please contact your CS Representative.

    Candidate experience

When a candidate sends a short-code keyword to your virtual AI assistant, they will begin the designated conversation with the candidate to assist them with applying and/or searching for jobs.

    • Note: When Contextual Q&A is not triggered, and the response is not sent to the Generative AI service. This prevents disruptions in conversation flow.
