Table of Contents
The available Candidate list views within events allow you to view the candidate roster and customize the table view of all candidates.
Hiring events
From the Candidates section of an event, you will be able to view the All Candidates and My Candidates lists that include all event candidates and the candidates you are interviewing, respectively. From these lists, you can complete various actions.
View candidate conversation and profile
When accessing the Candidate Profile from the Candidates section, the candidate’s long_id has to be attached to the event for their profile details to display. Otherwise, these details will not be available to view from within in the event, and the user will have to view the Candidate Profile from the inbox.

To view a candidate’s conversation and profile, click any candidate’s name. The candidate's profile will then open in a slide-out drawer where you can view their conversation and any other necessary information about them. In the top right corner, you can click the arrows to move through all candidates registered for the event.
If you are assigned as the interviewer for scheduled candidates within the hiring event, the candidates assigned to you will be listed in the My Candidates list view.
View interview details
In the Interview Details section, you can select Interviews to view all interviews for scheduled candidates in their candidate profile. This includes one-on-one interviews and sequential interviews.

Virtual chat booth hiring events

When you are conducting a virtual chat booth hiring event, there will be three table views underneath the Candidates section.
- All Registered Candidates – This list view will display every candidate who has successfully registered for the event.
- My Candidates – This list will display all the candidates that have been assigned to a user. If a user does not have any candidates assigned to them, this list view will be an empty state for that user.
- Unassigned Candidates – This list view will display every registered event candidate that has not yet been assigned to a user. This list view and assignment functionality is limited to event managers only.
Candidate assignment logic
Assignment functionality will only be available for event managers. Every registered event candidate will appear in both the All Registered Candidates and Unassigned Candidates lists. Once a candidate has been assigned, they will be removed from the Unassigned Candidates list and added to the assigned user’s My Candidates list.
- Note: These candidates will always remain within the All Registered Candidates list.

To assign candidates, follow the steps below.
- Select a candidate individually or mass select a group of candidates.
- Click Assign Team Member.
- A modal will open where you can select the preferred event team member. Only event team members that have an RSVP status of Going will be available to select from in this dropdown.
- Note: A count of candidates already assigned to a user will also display under the user's name, assisting you in discerning which users should be assigned the remaining candidates.
- Click Assign.
Enter and exit the event inbox

Once the event’s start time is reached, event users will now see an Enter Event Inbox or Enter Chat Booth button in the bottom left corner of the left panel. When clicked, this will either take them to the Candidate Inbox experience or Chat Booth experience where they can engage with their assigned candidates. This button will only display when the event has started and only applies to virtual hiring events.
Once inside the event inbox, you will only be able to view the candidates that were assigned to you within the My Event Inbox. Click Leave Event Inbox or Leave Chat Booth to exit.
The Enter Event Inbox experience will only be available for clients at the start time of the event until 8 hours after the event’s end time.
Orientation events

To view the candidates who are registered for an orientation event, click the Roster section in the left panel of the event. All of the candidate list view functionality will be the same in this list.
