The event's Dashboard is where users can easily view relevant information around each event.
Dashboard
When you click an event from your My Events list view, you will be directed to the Dashboard, which includes key information and functionality around the event.
RSVP status

You can update their RSVP status to either Going to Not Going from this selector.
- Note: If you have already updated your RSVP status, you are unable to update your status back to RSVP Pending.

Tasks card

Listed within the Tasks card are specific action(s) that you can perform to increase the success of the hiring event. The two tasks currently available include:
-
Unassigned Interviewers – This will display to event managers when there are candidates scheduled for an interview (within any session) and the candidate does not have an interviewer assigned. When you click Assign Interviewers, the event Schedule will open, where you can click + Add Interviewer and add the necessary user to the existing interview(s).

-
Add Jobs – This will display to event managers when there is not an active job tied to the event. Click the Add Jobs button listed next to this task to open the Jobs section where you can add one or more jobs.
- Note: When removing a job from the event's Dashboard, the default outcome will remain in place. The registration outcome will be deleted if that outcome uses a job that has been deleted from the event.
If you use integrated ATS Jobs, then a No Job Assign message will display if there aren’t any jobs in the event.
If you click the Dismiss button next to a task, then the task will only be dismissed for you. When the task is completed, then the Tasks box will be removed from the Event Dashboard.
- Note: Completed events will not include the Tasks box if tasks were remaining before or during the event.
