After you've created a Candidate or Employee Audience, you can manage the audience directly from its action menu. Simply hover over the preferred audience within the Audience Builder section of the CMS; select its action menu, or ellipses; and then choose one of the following actions:

    • Edit – Edit the existing audience targeting and name.
    • Deactivate – This will mark the audience as inactive and will, therefore, not be selectable as an audience in Q&A questions. Any answers created for this audience will be removed.
    • Delete – This will remove the audience from its audiences list and will prevent it from being selectable as an audience in Q&A questions. Any answers created for this audience will be removed.

Note: Users will need full access to Audience Builder (under the Content Management System parent permission) in order to manage audiences.
