Configuration Step #1: Enable this feature Step #2: Create Job Description Sections Step #3: Republish impacted jobs

Dynamic job descriptions allow you to create custom additions to job descriptions. This guide walks through how to configure this feature for your account.

This feature is only available for Conversational ATS customers.

    Configuration

    Step #1: Enable this feature

This feature must first be enabled in Client Setup. Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps to turn on this feature.

    1. Select the All Apps menu in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Job Management section.
    4. Toggle on the Job Description Sections setting.
    5. Save the page.

Note: If you ever disable this setting, a warning modal will display that notifies you of the number of jobs that will have the job description removed. Click Confirm to disable this setting or Cancel to close the modal without making any changes.

Step #2: Create Job Description Sections

From the Job Description Sections section of the Job Manager page, create the preferred job descriptions. Click here how to create these sections.

    Step #3: Republish impacted jobs

Open the Jobs section of the Job Manager page and re-publish the jobs with a (Needs Review) indicator. You also have the option of manually adding job descriptions to jobs as needed. Click here to learn more about this process.
