Table of Contents
Dynamic content transforms how candidates interact with your career site. It automatically brings your most relevant content collections — videos, blog posts, news, jobs, and more — to each candidate’s fingertips, all through the elegance of a fast, easy conversation. This feature augments Career Sites, providing an immersive, conversational experience unique to every candidate on any page they're on.
Your AI Assistant acts as a content discovery engine through conversation, serving hyper-personalized content from Instagram posts to relevant jobs to DEI stories. More than job function personalization, your AI Assistant uses geolocation, candidate responses, resumes, and more to supercharge the candidate experience, enabling candidates to favorite and save content without logins or passwords.
