    Configuration Messaging a candidate FAQs

The designated conversation responder is the persona used to communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, which can be set to your AI Assistant, yourself, or both. Setting this persona is beneficial as it can help limit the number of phone numbers used to communicate with the candidate each time they are contacted by a recruiter.

    Configuration

This setting is configured on the backend and can be adjusted at any time. Please contact your CS Representative for assistance in enabling or managing this feature.

    Messaging a candidate

Depending on the selection made on the backend, you may find that you can manually message candidates as yourself or as your AI Assistant. Click here to learn more about this process.

    FAQs

What will the default be if both options are made available?

It will always default to the AI Assistant when both options are available

The "Candidate does not know this message is coming from [AI Assistant's name]" banner is displaying. Why does it appear?

    1. The message won't be displayed for any candidates who are being interviewed or are scheduled for an interview.
    2. If a message to a candidate would be coming from a phone number the candidate hasn’t engaged with yet the banner should show up in the inbox as a nudge to the user to introduce themselves before randomly messaging them.
