Permissions
Work with your CS Representative to determine which user roles should have access to enabled Contextual AI features. By default, Company/Account Admins will have full access to the features enabled for their account. However, permissions for other users will need to be adjusted as needed. These roles include the following:
- Company Information – This provides users full access to reviewing and approving the use of Contextual AI features on the account.

- Contextual Response Notes – This provides users access to reviewing your AI Assistant's Contextual Response Details within a conversation. Click here to learn more.

Contextual Editing – This provides users access to text editing and generation across the platform in order to create more engaging content, communications, and more. Click here to learn more.
- Note: This access is provided to all users by default.
- Knowledge Training Library – This provides users access to generating candidate.
FAQs
What happens when a user provides consent to use a Contextual AI feature and are later deactivated?
The user who gave their consent to using Contextual AI features from the Company Information page will have their names displayed even after they’ve been deactivated or deleted.
