The Automation section of Client Setup is where several automations can be enabled for your account. These include the following:

    • Journeys:
      • Next Steps – This allows next steps to be an option in your journeys.
      • Include “Candidate Received” status – This will include a Candidate Received status in the Apply stage of a journey and filter candidates by this status. This is best used when you are receiving candidates through an integration.
    • Workflows – This enables the Workflows feature, which is used by Conversational ATS customers to automate the hiring process for candidates.
      • Allow employees to manage receiving workflow alerts – This will notify the employee who creates a Send Communication task when that action is triggered.
      • Timed triggers – This functionality is not available at this time.
    • Candidate Volume Optimizer – This will allow you to limit the number of candidates at each stage of the hiring process. Click here to learn more.
