    Configuration Translate the knowledge base

You can easily create and manage a multilingual knowledge base in order to best support your candidates.

    Configuration

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. From the Settings page, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Multilingual section.
    4. Toggle on the Q&A - Translation on the Fly setting.
    5. From the What languages should Olivia translate in Candidate Q&A? setting, select and save the preferred languages for auto-translation.
    6. Save the page.

    Translate the knowledge base

You can then automatically or manually translate the knowledge base at any time with the help of your CS Representative. With an automatic translation, your CS Representative can translate your English knowledge base to all languages enabled in Client Setup with the click of a button. With manual translation, your CS Representative can upload a file of the newest language translations.

Work with your CS Representative to determine what works best for your team.
