    View candidate progress

When a candidate has been sent a form to complete, you can view the forms they are working on from the Hire Details section of their Candidate Profile.

    View candidate progress

If display text is added, it will not appear in the Hire Details section of the Candidate Profile when previewing the form. If you download the form, then this file will show the display text.

When a candidate is in the Form In-Progress, Application In-Progress, or Onboarding In-Progress status, a progress bar will be displayed within the Hire Details section of their Candidate Profile to show you how many sections of the form that the candidate has completed (selected the Next Section button for that section).

A Sent status will be listed after the form has been sent but before the candidate has opened it. Once opened, the progress bar will appear and list the number of sections completed out of the total number of sections. Submitted forms will have a status of Completed displayed in place of the progress bar.

You can click into an in-progress form to view the sections and questions that have been completed. Information you'll be able to view includes:

    • Sent timestamp – The date and time that the form was sent to the candidate and by which user.
    • Last Activity timestamp – The date and time that the form was last edited by the candidate and their name.
    • Progress bar – The number of sections out of the total number of sections that the candidate has completed along with a progress bar as a visual representation of their progress.
    • Completed sections – A filled in circle with a checkmark icon indicates that a section is completed.
      • Note: If Hide From Manager is configured on a section of the form or if a candidate fills out multiple responses of a task or a section, then the corresponding values will be hidden from view.
    • In-progress section – A blue circle around a section number indicates that the candidate is currently working on that section. By default, the section’s details will expand for easy review.
    • Expand icon – The down arrow next to a section's title will expand the section when clicked, showing a listing of all question types for that section.
    • Conditional sections/tasks – These sections and tasks will display a condition (fork) icon to indicate that they are conditional. All conditional tasks and sections will display until they have been completed by the candidate, at which time they will either remain, if their previous responses match the condition, or will be hidden, if their previous responses did not match the condition. An indicator tooltip will display when you hover over the condition icon.
    • Incomplete section – A light gray circle around a section number indicates that it has not been completed by the candidate.
