If you have access to Campaigns, then you can access the Campaigns tab. In the Campaigns tab, you can view all campaigns that have been sent to the candidate and that the candidate has engaged with. If a candidate is sent a campaign but does not engage with it, the Campaigns tab will remain blank. You can view the following details:

    • The name of the campaign and the date that it was sent
    • The type of campaign
    • The number of unengaged campaigns sent.

When you select a campaign, the candidate conversation displays to the left of the campaign details. You can also view all of the campaign details associated with Scheduling or Event Invitation campaigns.

Important Note: Status changes cannot be made to Campaign-only candidates on their Candidate Profiles. If an associated application or event is tied to their profile, then you can make status changes from those tabs, but not from the Campaigns tab.

A candidate’s campaign activity is not restricted by their assigned location. If you upload a candidate recipient list, then their locations will not be taken into consideration.

When a campaign is linked to a drip campaign, the campaign card displays text indicating which drip campaign it's associated with.
