When a candidate is working on a form sent to them that includes a fillable PDF created in the Document Builder, the candidate will see and need to select the Get Started button to start the process of filling out the document.

A modal will then open to the fillable PDF. On the left side of the modal, the document is displayed, and all of the fields for the candidate to complete are highlighted. On the right side of the modal, candidates can view and update all of the fields that need to be completed in the form. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

After the candidate completes all of the required fields, the candidate must check the perjury statement box and select Submit. The form will then displayed as completed and include an Update button, which can be selected to make changes to their previous selections on the form, and a View button, which can display the completed form and allow them to download their completed PDF.

    Important Notes:

    • Completed documents retain all user signatures, unless the document is updated by the user.
    • Once a candidate completes their form, the user assigned to the candidate is the only one who has access to view their completed form.
