With the help of your CS Representative, you are able to redirect internal candidates to an internal Career Site when they complete their applications.
Use cases
- Teams who want their internal candidates to be redirected to their internal Career Site.
Configuration
If you want this feature enabled for your account, contact your CS Representative with the email domains tied to internal candidates' email domains who should be redirected to your internal Career Site.
Candidate experience
When a candidate enters in their email address, your AI Assistant will then send the Redirect Internal Candidate message to the candidate. If a link is included in that message, then the candidate will be able to click it in order to complete their application.
