    When a job is created and managed within the same system, users can invite students who they met at an event to apply to a job from the platform.

     

    • Within the event, the user can filter the event inbox based on candidate attributes and use the mass action Invite to Apply action to invite students to apply to a job. 
    • Jobs can either be created within Paradox or an external ATS. 

    Within the event, users can send mass communications (typically email communications) to students who they met at an event. 

     

    Within the event, the user can filter the event inbox based on candidate attributes and use the Mass Action - Send Message action to send mass communications to students in the event. 

    Users can send mass communications (typically email communications) to students who are in the client’s CRM. 

     

    • Create a segment within Candidate Management or Talent Community. 
    • Go to Campaigns → Select the segment → Configure the one-time message campaign and send. 

    Users can manually add an individual student to a folder within the system CRM. 

     

    • Students will be automatically added to all segments where the student meets the segment filters. This is true in Candidate Management and Talent Communities. 
    • Note: This cannot be done manually.

    • The ability to attach a student to a requisition manually. 
    • Post event, as well as in their CRM. 
    • Invite the candidate to apply for the requisition (best practice for non-Conversational ATS).
    • Move to Job action (in Conversational ATS, only).
    • Create reqs and Candidate Journeys.
    • Move a candidate to the next status within the req.
    • Create Jobs within Paradox and tie to its corresponding Candidate Journey.
    • Invite the candidates to apply for the req (Mass Action - Invite to Apply).

    Tag Along Events 

    • The client can create a private event where invited students can bring a friend to join them at the event. 
    • When the friend arrives at the event, the users can collect the friend’s information so that they can track the friend as an event attendee/registrant on the platform. 
    • Create a public event and configure the on-site registration experience (it can either be a conversation, a form, or both).
    • When the friend attends the event, have the friend complete the registration configured for the event.
