The Campus Approvals feature allows your teams to utilize approval flows for campus events and activities that are created in your account. Approval flows are first created to dictate the users who will review and either approve or deny an approval request for a specific campus.
When created, approval flows can be enabled and selected on a school profile in Campus Profiles. Any time an event/activity is created for that school/campus, then it will go through an approval flow first before it can be published.
Configuration guide
Step #1: Request this feature and update permissions
Contact your CS Representative if you would like to have this feature enabled for your account. When enabled, users will need the appropriate permissions to create and/or view approvals.
Step #2: Build approval flows
If you were given full access to the Approvals Builder, then create approval flows to indicate which team members will be approving any events created for a specific campus. Learn more here.
Step #3: Tie approval flows to school profiles
When building a campus in Campus Profile, you can tie an approval flow to a specific school. Learn more here.
Step #4: Complete approval process
When a campus event is created, the event creator can submit an event request to initiate the approval flow. Approvers will then need to review and either approve or deny the request. If denied, users can resubmit the event request.
