If you utilize SAP SuccessFactors as your ATS, you have the option of embedding the browser extension in the candidates list, allowing you to easily open a candidate’s conversation with your AI Assistant and correspond with them as needed.

Configuration

Step #1: Enable this feature

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
3. Client Setup will then open. Scroll down to and open the More section.
4. Complete the associated steps for the following settings:
   • Browser Extension – Toggle this on, if not already enabled. This will need to be toggled on before a user can download the browser extension.
   • ATS Embedding –  Toggle this on. This will only be visible once the Browser Extension toggle is enabled.
   • ATS – Select SuccessFactors as your ATS from this selector.
   • SuccessFactors URL – When SuccessFactors is selected, then this field will display. Enter the URL for the main landing page in SuccessFactors; this will enable the Olivia button to be embedded within the user’s Candidate page.
5. Save the page.

Enable adding a candidate from the browser extension

By default, users will be able to manually add candidates to the CEM directly from within Workday when the Disable Adding a Candidate Manually toggle is off.

To disable this functionality, navigate to the Apply section of Client Setup and toggle on Disable Adding a Candidate Manually. Save the page.

Step #2: Download the browser extension

If you haven't downloaded the browser extension yet, then follow the steps here to ensure it is downloaded on your browser.

While working in SAP SuccessFactors, you can click the Paradox icon listed next to the preferred candidate’s name in the Candidates list to open their conversation with your AI Assistant in the browser extension.

Add the candidate to the CEM

If the candidate does not exist in the CEM, an Add New Candidate page will load in the browser extension with the information saved in SAP SuccessFactors. Enter in the candidate's corresponding location and then add any additional details before clicking Add Candidate. This will add the candidate to the CEM.

Candidate Not Found warning

If you receive a Candidate Not Found message after selecting Add Candidate, then the browser extension will open to the Candidate Inbox. This is due to the fact that the ability to add a candidate from SAP is disabled.
