While in the browser extension, you can message candidates by opening their Candidate Profile, selecting the open text bar at the bottom of the conversation, and entering your message.

Similar to the process for messaging candidates in the web browser, you can:

    • Switch the conversation responder persona – Depending on how your system is configured, you may be able to switch the conversation sender from your AI Assistant to yourself or vice versa. If this capability is available, then a downward arrow icon will display next to your AI Assistant's avatar. Select this to view a dropdown menu and switch between your AI Assistant or yourself as the sender of the message, as needed.
    • Enter your message in the text bar – This text bar is where your message can be entered.
    • Choose a messaging template to use – When the # icon is clicked, a listing of all available messaging templates will open. You can either select the preferred template from this list or from the filtered list that displays as you type the preferred messaging template name into the text bar.
    • Upload an image – The image icon to the right of the # icon will allow you to select and upload an image from your computer.
