You can set auto-scheduling to take place directly from within the Job Builder or Group Management, depending on your account's configuration. It is recommended to set auto-scheduling on the job level for high-volume hiring on Conversational ATS accounts, allowing you to instantly capture qualified candidates who meet very specific requirements.

    Enable auto-scheduling in Job Builder

When building or editing a job, you can easily add in the auto-scheduling functionality. Users with full access to the Jobs permission can complete the below actions.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
    3. Open the preferred job category and then job.
    4. Open the Candidate Journey section.
    5. Set the interview type to Auto-Schedule, which will include a Configure button that, when selected, will open a slide-out drawer where you can set interview details. This configuration is what your AI Assistant will use to auto-schedule the candidate based on a trigger from either a workflow or the job's screening outcomes.
      • Note: You have the option of adding optional attendees. Click here to learn more.
    6. Save the section.
    7. Open the Screening section of the job.
    8. Click into an existing outcome or add a new outcome.
    9. Set the criteria for the candidate's response to trigger an automatic interview.
    10. Select Scheduling: Invite to Interview from the Move to status selector.
    11. Save the outcome.
    12. Save the section.
    13. Publish the job.

When a candidate passes the screening criteria, your AI Assistant will automatically reach out to them to schedule an interview.

    Enable auto-scheduling in Group Management

Auto-scheduling can be configured specifically for each role in the CEM. Users with full access to the Group Management permission can complete the below actions.

    1. Navigate to the Group Management page.
    2. Click on one of the roles.
    3. Open the Candidate Journey tab.
    4. In the Scheduling section of the journey, set the interview type to Auto-Schedule, which will enable an interview panel where the settings of the interview can be configured. This configuration is what your AI Assistant will use to auto-schedule the candidate based on a trigger from either a workflow or the job's screening outcomes.
      • Note: You have the option of adding optional attendees. Click here to learn more.
    5. Save the section.
    6. Publish the job.

When a candidate passes the screening criteria, your AI Assistant will automatically reach out to them to schedule an interview.
