Configuration
Complete the steps outlined here.
Generate a description from scratch
Currently, the following process can only be completed for Event Landing Page descriptions. In the future, this feature will be implemented for other new components in the CEM.
You can easily create an event description from the Event Builder.
- When creating an event, open the Tools section and click into the Event Landing Page box.
- Select the Generate a Description button in the blank Event Landing Page description text field. The system will then utilize the company and event-specific CMS intents to create the ideal event description.
-
Notes:
- If you are having trouble viewing the Event Landing Page builder in the Tools section, make sure that the event is Public and that Pre-event Registration is configured.
- First time using this feature? If you are using this feature for the first time, a confirmation of use modal will open, notifying you that you will be using a Contextual AI feature. Click Confirm.
-
Notes:
- Once generated, the description will then display in this text field as read-only. Review this description and complete one or more of the three actions available in the edit toolbar. These actions include:
- Use This – Click this to insert the text into the text field and return the box to its normal editing state.
- Adjust – Click this to adjust the generated text. An Adjust Content modal will then open where you can make any adjustment as needed. This modal’s functionality is described below.
- Remove – Click this to remove the text completely and return the box to its normal editing state.
- Select Save in the top right corner of this section when all changes are made.
- Build out the rest of your event.
Adjust content
If you decide to adjust the generated text, the Adjust Content modal will open where you can make the following adjustments:
-
Tone – The available tones that are enabled for your account.
- Note: If only one option was selected during configuration, then this field will be listed as Match Brand Tone.
- Description Length – The length of your description. You can click and drag the indicator horizontally on the slider in order to make the text more concise or elaborate.
- Include Company Benefits – This will only display when the CMS is enabled for your account. By default, this will be toggled on and include company benefits in the description.
- Include Emojis – Toggle this on to include emojis in the generated description. This will be toggled off by default.
When you are finished, select Confirm and the system will generate a new description based on the adjustments you made. After the new text is generated, select either Use This to save the description and enable editing or Remove to delete the generated text and enable editing.
Ensure to select Save in the top right corner of this section when all changes are made.

Additional Contextual AI guidelines
When generating text, we always make sure to:
- Use Inclusive Language. Employ language that is inclusive and respects diversity. The system will avoid jargon, slang, or expressions that could be perceived as exclusive or potentially offensive.
- Use the Appropriate Amount of Emojis. Emojis should complement your message, not replace words or essential information. They will be used to highlight key points, break up text, or convey emotions in a way that supports the text.
- Replace Inappropriate Text. If a user highlights text to edit it, and the system finds language that was flagged as inappropriate, then a warning modal will display, indicating that the text was rephrased or removed.
