    Mark survey as anonymous Reporting

    Anonymous surveys can be set on the front-end by clients on a per survey basis. This allows more flexibility to build both regular and anonymous surveys.

    Only candidate surveys can be marked as anonymous.

     

    Mark survey as anonymous

    When building a new survey, an Anonymous toggle will display in the top right corner of the Content section. Turn on this toggle to mark the survey as anonymous.

    The Introduction message will then be updated to indicate that this is an anonymous survey.

    A banner will also display above the survey in the Preview section as an additional reference.

    WARNING: Once a survey is published as anonymous, the toggle cannot be turned off.

    Wherever surveys are listed in the system, they will include an (Anonymous) indicator next to them if they are set as anonymous so that employees can identify the difference between regular and anonymous surveys.

    Reporting

    Important Note: Surveys marked as Anonymous will exclude candidate and employee data in all reports and the Surveys dashboard.
