The AI Assistant section of the CMS is where you can manage all AI Assistant identities used for candidate and employee engagements. While most accounts will only need one AI Assistant, you have the option to create Assistant Teams that have AI Assistants respond based on a specific location or URL.

    Use cases

    • Teams who want a branded or unique AI Assistant to reflect their company or a certain region where their offices are located.

    Best practices for implementation

    • Avatar Suggested Sizes and Resolutions
      • 128px x 128px - minimum resolution
      • 256px x 256px - good resolution
      • 512px x 512px - recommendation resolution
      • Recommended ratio - 1:1

    Navigation

    To view your AI Assistants,

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS from its drop-down menu.
    2. From the left panel of the CMS, select AI Assistants.

    Assistants and Assistant Teams

You can adjust two assistant types within the AI Assistants section of the CMS:

    • Candidate Assistants – This is where you can create individual assistants and put them into assistant teams. Click here to learn more.
    • Employee Assistants – This is where you can adjust the default assistant to better reflect your branding. In order to keep consistency in your platform, you are only able to have one assistant for your employees.

    Permissions

By default, only Paradox Admins will have full access to AI Assistants section of the CMS. To adjust these permissions, provide users the A.I. Assistant permission (under the Content Management System parent permission) in Roles and Permissions. Additional permissions may be required to complete processes tied to configuring your assistants.
